Overview:
This series of controllers are designed for start-up, stop, parameter monitoring and fault monitoring of diesel, gasoline and gas generator sets and have parameter setting functions.
The controller adopts 4.3-inch TFT color large-screen liquid crystal display generator set related parameters, a new original UI design, parameters through analog pointers and digital display. The LCD screen can simultaneously display a variety of current fault conditions, and can effectively implement protection parking when the generator set is not working properly.
The controller has built-in Simplified Chinese, English and other display interfaces to choose from, and can customize any language interface according to customer requirements. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted through the controller panel buttons, or adjusted and monitored by the PC through the USB port or RS485 interface. It can be widely applied to various types of generator set automation systems.
Performance and characteristics
The DC6xD series is available in four models:
DC60D: used for stand-alone automation, which controls the automatic start and stop of the generator set by remote start signal;
DC62D: Adding the mains monitoring and mains/generation automatic switching control (AMF) function on the basis of DC60D, it is applicable to the single-machine automation system consisting of one generator unit.
DC60DR: Add RS485 interface based on DC60D;
DC62DR: Add RS485 interface based on DC62D;
